In this video, Lilo discusses Cryptocurrency’s Effect on Gaming!

Cryptocurrency has proven to be more than a quickly passing fad. Bitcoin and other virtual coin miners are buying high-end graphics cards in order to set up mining rigs. This is making graphics cards sell out and the prices to skyrocket well above the MSRP (manufacturer’s suggested retail price).

Our monthly competition #5 has started and will be ending on 02/15/2018. On 02/16/2018, one random lucky winner, selected by an independent party from all the months’ participants, will receive a $150 Amazon eGiftcard by email after confirmation.

This is kind of misuse of Cryptocurrency! Many people play video games through these virtual currencies. It is certainly not a good sign to accumulate such coins to create a price surge!!

  3. Cryptocurrencies will sure has huge effect on gaming. It’s still new to video games, but in sort of gambling, a lot of casinos already accepts it.

  4. numberpardox says:

So far, I haven’t encountered any games that offers cryptocurrencies as a paying option nor as a reward. Personally, I won’t use this option because I feel that it’s a bit shady.

  5. David Kamau says:

A lot is happening in the world of gaming. There is even this about crypto which is going to the extent of affecting gaming.

Cryptocurrency like bitcoin is phenomenal in terms of increase in value. It’s gone down to half now though but I think it will stay.

I Have fear on this one though why? Because it is unmonitored and not sanctioned so it can be susceptible to scams. With that in mind I will still prefer real money.

  8. alexsummers123 says:

As long as it does not use real money its fine. On that note the latest Dragonball game is good at that.

  9. Albeneth says:

There’s never been easier to buy accessories for games than using the virtual cryptocurrency. It’s just sad that some people take advantage on it, dealing excessive price beyond the SRP. Gamers might need to be careful on this.

  10. ePhantoMe says:

Who would have ever thought that cryptocurrency would have such an impact in the gaming industry. As a gamer buying products at inflated prices is making my favorite past time become unaffordable and am sure there are other people out there who are feeling the pinch.

  11. Era says:

I’m really impressed about Cryptocurrency! I gotta say technology and e-money are now rapidly growing fast! Thanks for the vlog Lilo!
