In this video, Lilo discusses Awesome Steam Alternative, GOG Galaxy!
GOG Galaxy is a lightweight gaming client, a newer alternative to the well-known Steam, which includes essential quality-of-life features and just looks nice. One nice feature is the game library which is presented on shelves, as it is on the site—a cute, sentimental touch for collectors that does not overdo it. Plus, Galaxy includes a unique feature every other game client should adopt. To learn more, watch Lilo’s video.

Glad that there’s now an alternative to Steam. Not because Steam is not good, but sometimes it’s hard for me to access the site.
I started playing at GOG Galaxy only 2 weeks ago and it’s been a fun experience and a smart move to shift to it from Steam.
From what Lilo said I can see that GOG Galaxy seems to be a cool alternative for steam and we should always have something new to explore. The site looks awesome and the games are neatly arranged in the stores tab with the new releases following which it has the different genres. Navigation is simple and the interface is user friendly and looks pretty neat. A big thumbs up for GOG Galaxy. Thanks for sharing Lilo.
I like their idea of using shelves for their game library. It definitely looks like a library and its easier to view the details of the games.
It’s good to have competition with the gaming clients so they can come up with more ways to attract gamers. It’s us gamers who gets who benefit from this.
The convenience of not having to arrange game directories is cool. Launching your games is more simple.
Adding newer features would definitely give the gamers more opportunity to explore. The quality-of-life features of GOG galaxy sounds interesting. After all, there should always be an alternate option apart from the popular ones.
What? GOG offers games for free? It’s good to hear that. I didn’t know of that.
Hi to Lilo. It’s a pleasure to see you again. You doing great on you vlogs.
I think it’s always good to have some competitors, so the companies will come up with better features and it will eventually benefit us as users. The features of GOG Galaxy sound good, and it’s good to know there are some free games too. I will go and check it out soon.
The features seem really nice. Might as well try this then! Thanks for the awesome vid Lilo!
Sweet! Galaxy seems like the way to go. Thanks for the vid!
